By registering in this networking system, you have agreed to be abided by
the terms of use and conditions.

User Agreement
1. This is a cyber site for the over 21 who wish to network
with the educated or persons not without prospects for friendships.
2. We are the system provider - we only program the necessary web database
schema for users intending to network with opposite sex members.
We do not guarantee the authenticity of our members' gender or the photos posted. We are not
responsible for the actions of the members, use of this system is at your own risk, and the
system is presented for 'Networking' purposes only.
3. User Member - As a user, you
may contact any members you fancy, or placing cliché to attract
members attention in the Message Board.
4. As a user, you know that contacting
any member is not a binding contract
between you and the profiler, and the member likely just delete
your proposal after examining your profile.
5. As a member, you know that even you
accept a user's proposal to contact you, the user also has the
right not to after further examination of your credential.
6. Profile activation - As a registered user, you are
required to activate your profile by uploading your photo (new member photos are free) for
verification before you can contact other members.
Even you have your profile activated, you may not solicit or propose anything that is
affiliated with explicate sexual language or porno nature.
Such
profile may be de-activated without prior notice, further violation with this
agreement, you will be banned without notice.
7. Warranty - We provide this online networking system in an 'as is'
condition without a warranty.
We are not liable for any damages
resulting from the use of this system, or your visit to this site as a registered user.
By registering to use this system, you have agreed to these terms listed
above. If you do not accept our terms, please do not use our system.
8. Information concerning any parties or
profiles are supplied by the parties concern. The said parties are
responsible for the accuracy of such information, and it's the
moral duty of the parties concern to
update them.
We will not amend such information for you.
We disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, content, or
reliability of information about any photo/profile, user/member located in
our system.
Information about photos and profiles contained in the database and throughout the system are submitted by those
users offering friendship, the accuracy of such information is not warranted by us.
It is the responsibility of any user considering any profiles/photos to
establish for themselves that the information supplied by the other
party in this system is to their satisfaction.
9. Authentication of Photos - We DO NOT verify the authenticity of the
user/member photos.
You recognize and agree that we are acting purely as a database of information
and facilitating the exchange of that information and that we are not part
of any contracts between you and the user/member.
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement of our terms
before registering and posing your profile. If you are not then you must
not use this online networking system.
10. You agree as a user not to use/offer
any sexual explicate language which offend the public, or are illegal, or contravene any other law or
human rights or offer sexual services.
11. You agree that the webmaster has the right to edit your
photos and may display them as banners above in this site.
Disclaimers:
We will not be and cannot be a party to any contract between parties
submitting data to this system.
We, as an uninvolved party will not get involved with any disputes, claims, damages or disagreements of any kind between the parties.
Suitability of all profile/photo posted is the responsibility of the
individual or parties concerned in this online game.
We reserves the right to remove any profile which is not pertaining to
the intent of this system as a venue for online
friendship.
We reserve the right to remove any user which it
deems to be illegal, immoral, offensive or inappropriate for
online friendship.
We reserve the right to remove any users who are deem to have
broken any of the above rules.
Advertising:
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our
system and to share with
advertisers, such as the percentages of users and genders from each country.
Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, the database tables are coded that only the
web database programmer (the author) can access, unauthorized copy of
the tables have no data in them.
Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that fact, we
constructed our site of no interest to children at all.
Registered Info:
You can access your profile or registration info and correct them, update them or even
request the webmaster to delete all trace of your info from the database.
Anti-Spam:
We take anti-Spam seriously, and will terminate any
user using Spam (that is UNSOLICITED Email). This includes and is not limited to referencing our site and domain
in any bulk emails or publications that the recipients DO NOT know you and
has NOT requested your unsolicited emails.
